We currently cover all the Norfolk postcodes. All wax removal is completed by a fully trained and qualified registered hearing aid dispenser using the micro-suction technique . We would advise that for at least 7 days before you use oil to soften the wax. Please see our hearing health page.

Book A Hearing Test

At Explore Hearing we have a experienced hearing aid dispenser that will come to you home to perform a full audiological test. The tests we provide a currently private only, this means we are only able to prescribe private aids at a cost. We do not provide any NHS hearing tests or hearing aids. Please note currently we can only cover Norfolk as small areas of Suffolk. If you live outside these areas please let us know as we are working hard to cover more areas.
